U.S. NAVAL BILL
PASSED , BOTH HO'USES WASHINGTON, March 22. The' final draft of the Vinson Naval Bill was approved by both the House and the Senate without a record of votes. It will go to the White House immediately for Mr. Roosevelt’s approval, which is assured. The bill envisages the construction of l()2 war vessels and 1184 aircraft over a.period of four to live years at an estimated cost of 500,000,000 to 900,000,000 dollars.
