FIJI AIR SERVICES
Recently engaged as a pilot in Fiji Airways, Limited, Mr. N. W. Rodoni arrived in Auckland by the Niagara, having completed his contract with that company. He stated that, in spite of the subsidy of £ISOO a year granted by the Fijian Government, the services had proved uneconomical and the company hau ceased operations. The seaplanes and other gear of the company were being shipped to Australia and the hangar at Suva had been sold. The company had teen iri operation for less than, a year.
