G.O.C. APPOINTED
THE SOUTHERN COMMAND (British Official Wireless.) Roc. 10 a.m. RUGBY, Feb. 28. General Sir John Burnett Stuart has been appointed general officer commanding the .Southern Command, in succession to the late General Sir Percy Radeliffe.
