PLAINTIFF SUCCEEDS
CITRUS FARM DEAL FRAUD ALLEGATION (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, this day. Judgment on the facts was given by Mr. Justice Ostler to-day at the conclusion of the hearing of a claim by John A. M. 6. Uoodford against the NewZealand Citrus Plantations, Limited, William Henry Ball, a director, and David Rufus Williams, the company’s London; agent. “The plaintiff is legally justified m repudiating his contract, and to judgment for the moneys paid to the company, and to all expenses down to the) time of the discovery of the.fraud,” said the judge. He gave judgment for £§4o, plus £196 expenses, the fares from England. Argument is proceeding concerning the plaintiff’s claim for £2ofc general damages. ■
