The Thames Chamber of Commerce Wrote: “From press reports it would appear that-action hits been taken by your chamber in; urging Government approval of a Dominion premium bonds boiids scheme. Similar action has bee a taken by the Thames chamber in urging consideration of a bond scheme, submitted by Mr. J. B. I’orath of- this town. If anything further
