NEW RECORD CREATED SYDNEY, Feb. 25. At the Speedway Royal, “Tiger” Stevenson, the English . crack dirt track rider, in the first heat of the International Handicap, put up a standing start record for three laps of 67 2-sscc. He also lowered the one-lap record, but, in tho final heat, was beaten. Mitchell, South Australia, was first, Parkinson, England, second, and Stevenson third. Time, 68 3-ssec. ■ Stevrtison is going to Now Zealand today in the Wanganella on a visit to relatives. ,
