£750 FOR NEW ZEALANDER (LONDON, Feb. 21. Mrs. Stanley P. Broad, who in December last was forcibly conveyed by ambulance to a psychopathic institution, has been awarded £750 compensation.

Mrs. Broad, who was living in West London, was* mistakenly conveyed to a public institution as a mental suspect. She was sitting in her home alone when, according to her own statements, she was seized by two ambulance men and forcibly taken to the institution, where she was undressed and put to bed. Her protests went unheeded until a doctor examined a visiting card in her handbag and discovered that the ambulance bad been sent to the' wrong address.
