NEW ZEALAND BUTTER HALIFAX, Feb. 23. Eighty-four tons of the New Zealand butter impounded hero for seviaal days, was released today, to go forward to importers in Montreal and Toronto. Five thousand boxes of a shipment, 8000 of which arrived via the United Kingdom, are still held.
