99-YEAR SENTENCES FACTOR KIDNAPPING CHICAGO, Feb. 23. The jury in tho second trial of Roger Touhy and his two henchmen, who were charged with kidnapping Jacob Factor, found all three guilty and sentenced each to 99 years’ imprisonment. The verdict, State officials said, marked the smashing of one of the most formidable criminal organisations in .'the United States. Touhy was head of the gang which fought A 1 Capone’s syndicate for years. Factor is fighting against his extradition to England, where he would face trial on a £1,400,000 stock swindle charge.
