MURDER OF JUDGE

FRENCH INVESTIGATIONS STAVISKY CASE ECHO PARIS, Feb. 23. The Government has taken the unprecedented aetion of offering a reward of 100,000 francs for information identifying the murderer of Albert Prince, judge of the Court of Appeal and ex-chief of the Public Prosecutions Department, whose holly was found on the Paris railway Jine, close to Dijon. ML Doumerguc is most concerned. M. Cheron and M. Sarraut visited him and apprised him of the 'developments. It is revealed that the Stavisky investigation was postponed for a day to enable M. Prince, to complete his report, which was carried in a suitcase. The suitcase was found empty near tho scene, but M. Prince’s son, Raymond, says that he possesses the names of the personages inculpated and will disclose them if it costs him his life. A post-mortem examination shows no trace of stabbipg. It is suggested that M. Prince was poisoned or drugged vyith wine before being placed on tho railway line.
