REICH SUPREME
COUNCIL ABOLISHED (Received February 15, 2 p.m.) BERLIN, Feb. 14. The Government has decreed the abolition of the Iteiebstat, otherwise the Federal Council, as superfluous under the new laws, making the Reich Government supreme.
