EARLY RETIREMENT
BENGAL’S CHIEF JUSTICE (Received Feb. 3, 2 p.m.) CALCUTTA, Feb. 2. Sir George Rankin, Chief Justice of Bengal, has twice collapsed from heart trouble in the Calcutta High Court. He is going to England to retire.
