AUSTRALIAN EMBARGO MODIFICATIONS LIKELY
CANBERRA, Jan. 3.
A conference of Federal and State fruit experts and officials is to be held nest week to consider whether the Commonwealth may safely modify the existing restrictions on New Zealand fruits entering Australia. t It is announced that the Federal Minister of Commerce will visit New Zealand at the end of the month to endeavor to consolidate and advance the work accomplished by Sir Massy Greene during his visit to New Zealand last year.
