Tho stadium there will he reconstructed to accommodate 100,000 people, while the whole park will accommodate another 250,000. , , The organisers envisage the whole area as a permanent sports area fur Berlin, for, in addition to the .cycling track of 3331 metres, and a swimming! pool of 50 metres, in which the Olympic contests will bo held, there will be a large bathing lake, an equestrian sports area, an open-air theatre holding 35,000 spectators, and a lawn tennis stadium.
