i THERE is a new vogue among the J 1 younger matrons of society, says the London Star. Babies are becom-, ing fashionable again. Something approaching what might be called a Renaissance of Motherhood and a vogue iu all the little arts of mothering is to be seen. It is one of the deepest and finest signs of all of the kind of new England that is arising at this very time from the ashes of the old.
