REORGANISATION LIKELY COMPULSORY SERVICE (Received Dec. 29, 2 p.m.) BERLIN, Dec. 28. A thorough reorganisation of the defence forces, including an early return to compulsory military service, is expected to follow the resignation of General von Hammerstein, chief of the Iteichswehr.
