LONDON, Dec. 21. Members of the House of Commons are amused to discover that a motion which Mr. J. Bat ley (Labor) will submit on the “failure 'of private enterprise and the need for the socialisation of industry” is couched in the same words (VS a motion which Mr. (now Lord) Snowden submitted in 1923, when Mr. Ramsay MacDonald (now Prime Minister) supported it.
