TASMAN FLIGHT

NEW PLYMOUTH PASSENGER (I’er Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, this day i\Jr. S. E. Nielson, secretary of the New Plymouth and New Zealand Aero Clubs, received a cabled invitation yesterday from Sir Charles Kingston! Smith to accompany the aviator on his Night, across the Tasman m. the Southern Cross, “Smithy” stating that he hoped to fly on January 12. Mr. Nielson accepted the offer, and will leave Auckland oil December 29. Ho will first spend a week with Mr. Charles [Jim at Rotorua.
