CATHAY LOSES PROPELLER (Received December 16, noon.) SYDNEY, Dec. 16. Wireless advice has been received from the Cathay, which is in the Indian Ocean, between Colombo and Freemautle, stating that the ship’s port propeller was lost, and that she is expected to arrive at Sydney five days behind schedule,
