SPAIN’S TOBACCO KING IMMUNITY FROM ARREST (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Pross Assn.) (Received December 16, 2.30 p.m.) MADRID, Dec. 15. The Cortes lias approved the election of Honor .limn March, meaning that he is immune from arrest if he returns to Spain. A Madrid cable message dated November 20 stated that Honor Juan March, the multi-millionaire “tobacco king,” who recently escaped from prison, had been elected a member of tlie Cortes for Palma, Majorca, standing us as independent.
