EA3T EVENING’S MEET INCREASED ATTENDANCES lady CYCLISTS IMPROVING Oil the Victoria Domain last evening, the Poverty Bay Professional Athletic and Cycling Club conducted another of its popular weekly meetings, the attendance constituting a record and the competitions being oi a most interesting character. Two competitors in the men s cycle racing, E. Jeffs and F. Wells, suffered slight injuries through coming m o-rief on the cinder track, and both were considered lucky to escape with minor abrasions after their spectacular falls.
