CAPTAIN EXONERATED “RATHER INDISCREET” (Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Dec. 8. Albert George Baggett, master of the motor vessel Foxton, was charged in the Magistrate’s Court this morning with stealing £5 pounds, the property of the providore of the ship, Robert McGregor.
