EMDEN BELL THEFT YOUNG GERMAN’S OFFENCE (Received Dec. 7, ■ noon) SYDNEY, Dec. 7. The young German, Kaolmel, who was convicted of having stolen the Emden bell from Garden Island, was also convicted of having taken it from the War -Museum. He was sentenced to six months’ imprisonment with hard labor, with £lB 18s costs.
