HASTINGS BEEF VALUES Eat cattle at the Hastings stock sale yesterday remained firm generally, except for a slight easing in cows, particularly for those of the lighter type. Bidding generally was not so brisk as at recent sales. Prime Shorthorn-cross bullocks made up to £7, heifers to £5 ss, and cows to £4 17s.
