LOTTERY SWINDLE
TICKET DUPLICATED (Received Dec. 6, 11 a.in.) PARIS, Dec. 5. A swindler presenting a counterfeit ticket duplicating! the winning number secured a 1,000,000 franc prize in the national lottery. The authorities paid the genuine ticket holder a second 1,000,000 francs.
