For the past 10 years a service car has left Hastings at 8 a.in. daily for Wellington and this car generally was well patronised, but under the new arrangements, which came into force on Monday as a result of the decision of the Transport Board, this car was cut out and replaced with a car which left at 9,45 a.m. and ran to Palmerston North only,
