NATIONAL EXHIBITION
CHRISTCHURCH SCHEME (Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. A proposal to hold a big New Zealand exhibition in Christchurch in 1936 and 1937 was submitted to the Mayor, Air. D. G. Sullivan, ALP-, this morning by the promoters. ‘The Mayor said the promoters had been obtaimg the opinions of a substantial numbre of business men of the city regarding the project, and told him that they had been very well received.
