STRANGE FATALITY

LITTLE BOV HANGED (Received Nov. 28. 2 p.m.) CHICAGO, Nov. 27. Joel Sibner, aged years, today hanged himself in a telephone wire while his mother was away for 15 minutes shopping. The youngster went to a bathroom for a stool, which lie pushed up to tlie instrument, in which he was accustomed to prattle when held up by his parent, climbed up and got entangled in the cord. The stool upset and the lad choked to death.
