ANARCHISTS BLAMED . f ». MURDER OF KINO ANTI-BRITISII EFFORT(EIec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Received Nov. 25, noon.) CALCUTTA, Nov. 24. It is disclosed at Kabul that Abdul Khaliq, the murderer of Kingi Nadir Shah, is believed to be a member ol a party of disaffected Afghans connected with Moslem anarchists, who are endeavoring to create a breach of friendly relations between the Biitish and Afghan Governments.
Anarchists also were responsible for the recent rising of Afghan, tribesmen, in the Ivhost district. Mysterious murders of servants at the British Legation at Kabul three months ago also are traced to the same organisation. - - Afghanistan at present is quiet.
