The famous 10 large decorative panels by Frank Brfingwyn, R.A., representing seven years’ work, at a cost of £20,000, will find a home, ( in Swansea’s new Tpwn Hall. The panels \yere originally intended to be presented, under the Lord Iveagli trust, to the Royal Gallery in the House of Lords, but the authorities rejected them as unsuitable to the surroundings. The trustees rejected an American offer of £40,000, decid--ing the panels must .be, retained in the Empire. ■ p A
