ROME, October 26. Sixty workers in Romo are painting a portrait of Signor Mussolini, 73ft. in height, for the Piazza del Duomo, facing the main entrance to the cathedral. The portrait weighs throe tons, and will he placed as a background to the platform on tho eleventh anniversary of the march on Rome.
