AND NOBODY KNEW IT GENEVA, Sept. 11. The bottom of the world depression was passed .in the middle of 1932, the world production review of the League of Rations said to-day. Suspension of the gold standard by the United States was the turning point in world prices, which reached the lowest point of the entire depression in March, the review said.
