COUNTERFEIT COINS
TWO MEN CHARGED (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, ibis day. Two relief workers, William George Hart, 48, and William Babbage, 47, were charged before Mr \\. F. Stillwell, S..\L, to-day with uttering a counterfeit coin, and were remanded to October 4, on bail of £2.3. Detective-Sergeant Revell said the accused, both residents of Wellington, issued a number of coins to 'paper sellers on Saturday' night, and detectives found in their possession moulds for making coins.
