ALBERTSON WINS TITLE (Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, last night. In the final pf the Nevv Zealand amateur billiards championship, A. Albertson (Lyttelton) beat S. Humphreys bv 1500 to 1443. Two mistakes were mado in the last 100. The marker announced a mistake iij the scoring, and Albertson was advanced 20 points, the score then being 1497 to 1443. Humphreys ran the balls into an attractive position, but the referee ruled that he played the' wrong ball, and Albertson was left an easy red loser for the required points.
