GRAND JURIES ABOLISHED

MONTREAL, Aug. 16. Grand juries have been abolished in all the judicial districts of the province of Quebec oxcept the city of Montreal. Quebec thus falls in line with the provinces of Manitoba,, Saskatchewan and ■Alberta, winch abolished the grand jury system some time ago.
