Lemon Juice Uses
FOR whitening and softening the hands lemons are unequalled. Keep squeezed lemons to use for this purpose; even when the juice has been used for another purpose, lliey will soften the water and the hands. Stains caused by ink or ironmould should be treated immediately with lemon-juice and salt. This will be found just as effective as the poisonous salts of lemon. Lemon-juice added to weak tea is an excellent cure for sea-sickness. Added to the rinsing water of your shampoo, lemon-juice will brighten the h air. Rubbed over poultry, it will whiten the flesh and make it tender. Us.-il in salad dressing, lemoti-juice increases the vitamin value.
