N.Z. SCHOOL COMMITTEES (Per Press Association.! WELLINGTON, this day. A decision to form' a Dominion Federation of School Committees’ Associations was reached yesterday, bv •delegates from most associations in New Zealand. Mr. O. R. Mackie (Canterbury), explained that his association wished to examine the constitution, before deciding to join. The conference elected Air. W. Preen (South Canterbury) president, and the chairman of the conference, Mr. F. W. Ongley, is to rank a,s past president.
