ATLANTIC CROSSING STAMP
OTTAWA. Aug. 11. Of special interest to philatelists will be the issue of a Canadian stamp on August 17 commemorating the departure from Nova Scotia of the firststeamship—the Royal William —on tin l Atlantic crossing. The stamp will hear a reproduction of the vessel and will have a face value of five cents (2LI). The voyage to London on this first steam crossing took 25 dnvs,
