CALGARY, Sept. Hi. The manufacture of alcohol from surplus wheat stocks is engaging the attention of the Boat'd of Trade, aided by the University of Alberta. Dr. If. ('. Wallace, president of the university, said lie believed flint the foreign market: for grain alcohol would easily absorb the output if it was produced on rut economical basis.
