BROUGHT IN BY PROSPECTORS KALGOOIMd E, Sept. IS. Great excitement was caused in Kalgoorlio to-day, when.two prospectors, Ivan Ko/.ul and Thomas Mullins, who have been working a. prospecting area near Alulline, north of lva Ignorin', In ought in four bars of gold, weighing KJijOoz, to the Bank of New- South Wales. Tho gold, which is valued at .02,000, was the proceeds of a small crushing f>2 tons, put through the battery at Menzies.
The sands have not yet been assayed, and should add considerably to the pioeeeds. The. partners have been working on tlieir claim for nine weeks, and secured the present rich parcel from n depth of’ 12ft.
