SECRETARIES CONFER ** (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The secretaries’ branch of the Electric Power Board and Supply Association met in conference to-day, Sir. S. P. Day presiding. f Mr. J. A. Nash, M.P., president of the Power Boards’ Association, addressed the gathering. He said the rising prices showed! that New Zealand had turned the corner, and it was time the power boards became, busy, so that they could' receive the benefit.
