JAPANESE DISCUSSIONS
(Received Sept, la, 11 a.in.) CALCUTTA, Sept. 14. Thirteen •members of the .Japanese trade delegation to India, headed by His Excellency, Mr Setsuzo Saw a da, Minister Plenipotentiary, arrived at Calcutta and received a cordial reception from the Japanese community. They are now on route to Simla to begin discussions on the trade war and dumping.
