(Herald Correspondent.) Lambing is well advanced and docking will soon be in full swing. Mr. J. H. Gardner had the misfortune to crush the index finger of his left hand, necessitating the removal of two joints; he is still the inmate of a private hospital. Mr. and Mrs. .1. Hutchinson, who have been staying at To I’uhi. have relumed to their home near Otoko.
