MR. COATES’ ACTION INTER J ECTOR ATTACKED (Per’ Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, lasi night. An iuterjcctor, Mr. F. O. Shaeklock. discovered that lie had gone a little too far when at a political meeting at Cashmere to-night he called the Rt. Hon. J. G. Coates a liar. Mr.' Coates, thoroughly exasperated after a long argument, jumped down, from the platform, walked over to Mr. Shaeklbek, seized him not very tenderly by the shoulder and told him to lake back what he had said. At this moment, police officers came and led Mr. Shaddock from the hall.
