General Goebbels told the Peoples League for German Culture: “We want peace founded on justice. We have, declared only out: war; that against unemployment.” Herr Hess, deputy chief of the Nazis, threatens the most severe punishment to anyone molesting foreigners. He asserted that the Marxists were seeking to compromise Nazis by urging them to attack foreigners. Herr Hess aiso forbids the maintenance of relations with foreign Fascist organisations, including Sir Oswald Mosley’s Black Shirts.
