TRANSPORT BOARD ACTION (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, this day. The Transport Board to-day granted four months’ leave to the chairman, Mr. J. A. 0. Allum, to enable him to consult financial interests in London regarding interest payments on the board’s oversea loans. He leaves Auckland rn September 23, and is due at London on Goober 19.
