THE EGYPTIAN PREMIER ALEXANDRIA, Sept. 9. The Prime Minister, Sulky Pasha, admits that lie returned determined to resign owing to ill-health, but King Fuad was unwilling to dispense with his services. Consequently fie is retaining office with an unchanged Cabinet.
