The .sea was so heavy in the harbor that Lite port health ollicer was unable to board ' the Canadian Victor, which arrived from Montreal on Saturday. 1 Heavy seas are lashing the waterfront ' load and motor cars using the road wore drenched with salt spray. Kerry steamers ' crossing the harbor arc being severely bulleted, the spray going right, over (heir 1 funnels.
