Sir John Simon to-day received a deputation from the Independent Labor Party, headed by Mr. James Maxtom, M.P., According, to Mr. Maxton, the deputation desired to express to the Foreign Secretary the intense fooling among the working class in regard to the treatment of certain people and the present regime in Germany. Mr. Maxton says the Foreign Secretary assured the deputation that the British Government was watching the happenings in Germany with the closest attention.
