WOOL IMPROVES POSITION
LONDON, Aug. 30. The Financial News says, that the sharp rise in wool prices by increasing the export surplus will materially improve ’the Commonwealth’s financial standing. Doubtless the Government will take advantage of the favorable opportunity to convert the 0 per cent 1931-41 issue.
